We have kept the website free of anything that would collect data about you:

• No cookies are set.
• No analytics, no tracking, no advertising networks.
• No fonts, scripts or images are loaded from third-party servers. Montserrat and Open Sans are delivered from our own server, so your browser never connects to Google.
• No visitor profiles are created.

If you use the contact form, we process the details you enter: your name, e-mail address, telephone number (optional) and your message.

We use them to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a quotation. The message reaches us by e-mail; it is not stored in a database on this website.

Legal basis under the EU General Data Protection Regulation: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into one (Art. 6(1)(b)); for enquiries that do not lead to a contract, our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)). Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, processing rests on your consent and on our legitimate interest.

To prevent automated abuse of the form, the server briefly records the IP address a submission came from, together with the time. This record is held for at most one hour and then discarded. It is used for nothing else.

Our hosting provider records the usual access data — IP address, time, page requested, browser used. These logs serve technical operation and security. We do not combine them with other data or use them to identify visitors.

The website is hosted by Hostinger. The server stands in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. When you send us a message, it is transmitted from there by e-mail to our mailbox.

Personal data is therefore processed outside the United Arab Emirates and outside the European Union. Our hosting provider is bound by a data processing agreement.

Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to answer them and to meet statutory retention duties. The spam-protection record is deleted after one hour. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short period and then removed.

You may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or ask for it to be transferred to another provider. Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@laxo-online.com. You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority: in the United Arab Emirates the UAE Data Office, in the European Union the authority of your country of residence.
